Orders & Shopping

How do I place an order?+

Browse our catalogue, select a product, choose your size, and tap 'Add to Cart'. When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can choose a delivery address and a payment method to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order?+

You can cancel or modify your order as long as its status is still 'Pending'. Once the order moves to 'Processing' or beyond, it can no longer be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@mafripechic.com if you need urgent assistance.

What sizes are available?+

Our products come in XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL, and XXXL. Each product page shows the available sizes and current stock levels.

How do I track my order?+

After your order is confirmed, you can follow its status in real time from the 'My Orders' section of the app. You'll receive push notifications at each stage: processing, picked up, in transit, and delivered.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept PayPal and Flutterwave (which covers card payments and popular mobile money options). All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Why did my payment fail?+

Payment failures can occur due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or a temporary issue with your payment provider. Please verify your payment details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us at support@mafripechic.com.

When will I be charged?+

You are charged at the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.

Is my payment information stored?+

We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed directly by PayPal or Flutterwave, both of which maintain their own PCI-DSS compliance.

Delivery

How does delivery work?+

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it is assigned to a driver. You can track your driver's location in real time within the app. You'll also receive a notification when your order is picked up and when it is on its way.

Can I choose a pickup point instead of home delivery?+

Yes. At checkout you can select one of our available pickup stores instead of a home address. You'll be notified when your order arrives at your chosen pickup point.

What if my order was not delivered?+

If your order shows as 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours at support@mafripechic.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Returns & Refunds

How do I request a refund?+

Go to 'My Orders', select the relevant order, and tap 'Request Refund'. Provide a reason and, if possible, attach a photo as proof. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

What is your refund policy?+

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are approved at our discretion based on the condition of the item and the reason stated. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

How long does a refund take?+

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Account & Profile

How do I create an account?+

Tap 'Sign Up' on the login screen and fill in your details, or sign in with Google, Apple, or TikTok for faster registration.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a 6-digit reset code. Enter the code to set a new password.

How do I update my profile or address?+

Go to 'My Profile' in the app. You can update your name, profile photo, phone number, and saved delivery addresses at any time.

How do I delete my account?+

You can submit an account deletion request from the link below. All your personal data, order history, and profile information will be permanently removed within 7 business days.

Product Reviews

Can I leave a review?+

Yes. After receiving an order, you can rate and review any product you purchased. Each user can leave one review per product.

Can I edit or delete my review?+

You can update your review at any time from the product page. To request removal of a review, contact us at support@mafripechic.com.
